These terms and conditions of purchase (the “purchase terms”) are an agreement between you (or any entity you represent) (“you” or the “end-user”) and molo design ltd. (“molo” or “we”) which operates the www.molostore.com site (the “site”). These purchase terms govern any order or purchase you make on the site.
By placing an order through the site for any products, you are making an offer to us to purchase the selected products on the purchase terms stated herein. Prior to acceptance of your order (as set out in Section 6 below), molo reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order for any reason and molo may contact you at the email address provided in your order to inform you of its decision to reject your order.
molo reserves the right to make any changes to these purchase terms as we deem necessary or desirable at any time by providing you notice via email to the email address associated with your account, all in accordance with applicable laws.
In order to make any purchases through this site, you must be at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that (i) you have read and understood, and that you agree to be bound by, this Agreement and (ii) you are at least 18 years of age.
payment and pricing
You agree to pay molo the amount set out as the “total” in your order summary of the payment step (the “price”). Please note that although you can view product prices and order summary information in the currency of your choice, but the price and all other monetary amounts on the site are payable to molo in the US dollars amount shown in your order summary, and your credit card will be charged in US dollars (and the total US dollar charge is shown in the above order summary.)
acceptance of orders
Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an email to the email address provided in your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment for your order, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment for your order, it is your responsibility to confirm with molo’s customer service whether or not your order has been placed. molo will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Such confirmation email confirms that your order has been received by molo, but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Processing and delivery may be delayed if we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information. If your credit card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be accepted and molo will have no obligation to fulfill your order. For assistance with billing questions or other order inquiries, please contact molo customer service at the contact information set out below.
Once your order is accepted by molo, this acceptance of your order will be communicated to you within seven (7) days of receipt of your order by email at the email address provided in your order.
